When you live life on the move across countries, trails, and terminals, rest isn’t a luxury. It’s survival. That’s why we built something for the wild-hearted travelers. Those who find themselves under the stars or sleeping on the go. A rugged, travel-ready hoodie that transforms into a reliable neck pillow and back again. The secret? A built-in dual zipper system that locks the rolled fabric into place. No straps. No additional complicated nonsense. Want to go even smaller? Collapse the whole hoodie into the hood and snap it tight — now it’s a compact, soft pillow for your hammock, tent, or bus ride.

Tested around the world during my second circumnavigation: Lithuania -> Netherlands -> China -> New Zealand -> Australia -> USA -> France -> Germany -> Poland -> ...
This all started after a night stuck at an airport floor with nothing but my hoodie and a backpack. I twisted it, folded it, tried everything. That’s when I thought: what if the hoodie was the pillow? After dozens of field tests, prototypes, and camping trips… we landed on this.
Roll the hoodie – connect the zipper – wrap it around your neck.
Neck pillow mode helps you rest easily on the move — from long flights to quick naps.

Pull the hood over your eyes – enjoy the shadow for your tired eyes
Perfect for bright flights, long rides, or any moment you need instant darkness.

Fold it – Place it inside the hood – Snap the button – enjoy your sleep
Great for van life, festivals, camping or getting some rest anywhere in comfort

Self-collapsing design – easy to store
Built for life that fits in one bag. It compresses itself to save space

Design and principles
The FlexyWing Travel Hoodie was designed following the 10 timeless principles of good design by Dieter Rams
— the same philosophy behind some of the world’s most iconic and unforgettable products.

1. Good design is innovative
We didn’t invent the hoodie — but we reimagined what it could do, combining everyday comfort with multi-functional travel features.
2. Good design makes a product useful
Every part of the hoodie serves a real purpose: warmth, rest, compact storage. No extras, just what travelers truly need.

3. Good design is aesthetic
We kept it minimal, neutral, and clean — so it fits in anywhere, from airports and trains to mountains and city streets.

4. Good design makes a product understandable
You don’t need a manual. Zip it. Fold it. Wear it. Each function is intuitive and easy to use.

5. Good design is unobtrusive
This hoodie blends in. It supports your style, doesn’t scream for attention, and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

6. Good design is honest
No fake features or exaggerated promises. What you see is exactly what you get — and it delivers.

7. Good design is long-lasting
Made to travel far, and stay comfortable — not just for one trip or one season.

8. Good design is thorough down to the last detail
Every design feature was thoughtfully placed. Nothing was left to chance.

9. Good design is environmentally friendly
As part of our stretch goals, we aim to use sustainable materials!!!! — because design should respect both people and the planet.

10. Good design is as little design as possible
We removed the unnecessary to focus on what matters. Simple. Essential. Nothing more.

Colours – The first hoodies will be available in Grey and Black
We’ll add more colours later as we reach our stretch goals. You will be able to choose the colour in the survey in the end of the campaign
